Spectos develops digital solution for Samsung Pay support

Spectos and Samsung Electronics Germany have been working closely together since 2012 on the development of solutions for performance monitoring and customer satisfaction.
As part of the expansion of digital solutions, the Germany-wide launch of the Samsung Pay payment service in October is the outcome of an ongoing successful collaboration between the two companies.

Samsung Pay is a mobile payment service. It enables users to make general payment transactions via their smartphone, and to take advantage of other financial services, such as installment payments. With Berlin-based Solaris Bank as a cooperation partner, Samsung is able to link almost any bank account to the new service.

For optimal support of the Samsung Pay customer service, Spectos developed an innovative online tool. Using agile project management methods and with the corresponding subject matter expertise, our Spectos experts succeeded in meeting the diverse content-related and technical requirements, such as data integration with the banking partner. The digital solution offers Customer Support a wide range of functions for efficient work. It also enables the Quality Management departments to monitor and analyze customer support processes.
