The Christmas Chocolate Measurement
For this special time of the year, platform X has prepared a sweet surprise delivery for their customers. To find out in detail how long these shipments take from the company’s main headquarters to the recipients, Spectos set up a specific measurement system that includes Live Trackers and the Spectos Panel. For the third year now, test mailings are sent to selected people from the panel in order to examine the transit times of the deliveries.
These in-depth checks of the delivery process allow for transparent insights into the performance of shipping partners. Thus, platform X can guarantee the highest level of service quality not just at this time, but anytime of the year.
