Close Information Gaps in the Supply Chain and Enhance the Quality of Service & Delivery
Leverage accurate, real-time information about your shipments for complete supply chain visibility and continuous quality monitoring and performance optimization
Spectos leverages real-time tracking solutions based on live tracker data for quality checks and in-depth investigations. These are particularly useful for auditing complex supply chains in the postal and logistics industry. The real-time data provides precise insights into delivery, handover, sortation and logistics operations. The real-time trackers are used in tracking mail and parcel shipments as well as vehicles, containers and other objects. Based on this data, processes can be closely monitored and strategically planned.
Sensors expand the diverse and scalable application possibilities of the Live Tracker. This means that it can also be used for special use cases such as verifying compliance with cold chain standards through temperature monitoring.

How the Live Tracker Works
From Data Collection to Visualized Real-Time Reporting
The tracker regularly sends information on position, movement, light changes, humidity and temperature based on predefined configurations and geofences. Integration of the data into enterprise systems is done via an API interface. Embedded in the cloud-based Spectos Real-Time Performance Management™ platform, performance data can be accessed in real time and regular analysis reports generated for quality management. Tracking data is visually presented in customized dashboards so that seamless shipment information can be accessed at any time. The integrated ticket service makes it possible to be informed about important events or critical deviations within the process chain via mobile app, e-mail or SMS.
