My studies in both Vietnam and Germany have prepared me for my position as CEO of Spectos Asia. I am overseeing our regional office in Vietnam. My responsibilities include business management as well as office and human resource management at the regional office. I have to also manage and ensure the smooth operations of projects for both our local and international clients.
