Spectos launches E-Commerce Survey on Black Friday

Following the surveys of 2019 and 2020, the Spectos E-Commerce Monitor goes into its third season today – to suit the occasion of Black Friday. We deliberately chose the shopping day with the highest turnover as the starting point to ask consumers in Germany about their wishes and requirements for e-commerce, parcel delivery and parcel reception. This year’s survey includes a topic that cannot be missed when talking about 2020: the COVID-19 pandemic and its economical effects. Furthermore, we have focused on another issue that has become increasingly important to today’s society: sustainable solutions.

The results of the Germany-wide online study will be of interest to online retailers and shippers as well as companies in the postal and logistics industry, as they provide valuable insights into online shopping behavior and last mile delivery.

We are very curious to get answers to our questions, and to compare them to the results of the previous years.
