In December 2018, Spectos conducted a market research survey among the study participants of the Mail Agent Panel in order to determine the expectations of consumers with regard to their online purchases. The questions posed there focused on the reception and return of online orders. The Spectos E-Commerce Monitor summarizes the results of 1,449 responses from study participants aged 18 and over.
