Service quality monitoring of mail delivery network for Postcon Germany
The integration of Spectos’ quality management system into Postcon’s ERP system allowed for the collection, measurement, and evaluation of over 30,000 interviews with a panel of over 8,000 participants a month. The participants submitted responses via web, app, phone, and email, all of which were analyzed with the Spectos Software and converted into live reports. Top and flop lists and an alert system were also created. Now, management levels measure their quality according to the feedback received via the TÜV-certified System by Spectos Post & Logistics.
