Spectos at ”World Mail & Express Europe” in Budapest, Hungary

From May 19th – 21th 2008 the world’s leading postal companies assembled in Budapest for the annual “World Mail & Express Europe” Conference and Exhibition.

Besides the annual presentation of the “World Mail Awards” this year’s focus was mainly on the liberalization and globalization of the postal markets. Numerous forums and presentations dealt with the new requirements imposed on the markets, the companies and the affiliated postal services.
Seminars on direct marketing and technologies informed about innovations in and around the postal market. Spectos-CEO Niels Delater presented Spectos’ innovative services and solutions to the decision makers of the largest postal companies.
Subsequently first contact to well-known companies such as Royal Mail Group, Swiss Post and Spring was established.

That night, however, other companies were in the centre of attention. More than 100 nominees looked forward to the “World Mail Award 2008”. 300 of the most important postal- and express managers were present. The winners in the twelve categories were for example Australia Post, Royal Mail Group and Post Danmark.
Spectos GmbH finished its first and surely not last appearance at the „World Mail & Express Europe“ with an entirely positive summary.
